We record a sufficiently complete notice and may request missing information.

Proportionate action

Where appropriate, material may be corrected, restricted or removed.

04 · ACCURACY

False or misleading statements.

05 · COUNTER-NOTICE

If material was restricted by mistake.

Send the affected URL, your contact details, an explanation of your rights, the reason you believe the action was mistaken and a signed statement supporting your request.

06 · RECORDS AND SCOPE

Keep the process specific and traceable.

A notice should concern material that can be located on this website. IPTV Gambia cannot remove material from an unrelated application, channel, hosting account or third-party website that it does not control. If the concern belongs elsewhere, contact the operator or host responsible for that location.

Complete notices, responses and actions may be recorded for legal, security and accountability purposes. Personal information should be limited to what is necessary to assess the claim and may be shared with relevant parties where the process or applicable law requires it. Do not include unrelated identity documents, passwords or payment details.

Removal is not automatic merely because a message uses the word “DMCA”. The identified material, claimed right and authority of the sender must be clear enough for a good-faith review. Urgent or complex disputes may require independent legal advice.
